The view from outside the Museum building across the Thames and up to Canary Wharf. Some of the models amusing visitors to the Museum. Gary Coomber's Tiger and Big Dave's Firefly and King Tiger. One half of the display with the JAH Productions UKTC Promo Video in full swing. Howard's captured Tamiya King Tiger and Toystar T-34.
Johnny's all to clean Tamiya King Tiger keeping guard over the UKTC Video Display. Bryan's beautifully cluttered Sherman Firefly. It looks like the crewmen have got the hump with each other as they're ignoring each other. "Crikey, did I do that!" Allan Richard's RC 21st Century M5 Stuart. Perhaps we can get some more info on this model as I know a lot of people are interested in these! Dave's King Tiger has found a new friend!
The main hall is full to the brim with various artillery pieces and self propelled guns from Antiquity right up to date. We think this is a Naval gun but we're not sure. Any takers? The classic British 25 pounder. This particular weapon has history which ties it to the SAS! We think this is a 4.2 inch mortar which is designed to be broken down and transported by mule! This is a 7.2 inch recoilless anti tank gun. A novel weapon but don't stand behind it when firing!!!
A mobile Rapier missile system similar to the one that makes a regular appearance at the War and Peace Show. An Abbot self propelled gun. A Saracen which is configured for Artillery fire control. A sexton self propelled gun mounting a 25 pounder on a Canadian Ram chassis. An Austin K30 truck from the Second World War.
The famous Morris quad designed for use with the 25 pounder and limber. Big Dave's King Tiger goes where no Dalek could ever hope to go! Howard's JS2 takes on the 25 Pounder while Dave's King Tiger watches with interest. Good God, Johnny's King Tiger with the top off! Rumour has it that it was spotted running under it's own power but only briefly!!! Garry prepares himself for a Medieval onslaught!
