An outstation of the Imperial War Museum, Duxford aerodrome is steeped in history being very active in the Second World War and before. There are many buildings full of aircraft with some undergoing full restorations, and not forgetting the Land Warfare Hall full of military vehicles. A very interesting place to visit.
